Explanation– Near closing we will schedule a new home walk-through. You will be provided with a maintenance manual detailing the required maintenance, home systems and warranty.
Online Management– Around the time you move in to your new home you will receive an email with details for our online Warranty Management System. You will use the online tool to submit warranty items, review items and important documents.
60 Day Follow Up– 60 days after you have closed on your new home. Submit the 60 Day Warranty Checklist and our Warranty Department will schedule time to come fix items needing attention.
11 Month Follow Up– 11 Months after you have closed on your new home. Submit the 11 Month Warranty checklist and our Warranty Department will contact you to schedule repairs.
One Year Total Coverage– All major structural defects, workmanship, materials, electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation systems, doors, windows, millwork, drywall, exterior siding, roofing, and fixtures are covered.
